iPhone/iPad not receiving email after a migration from Exchange to Office 365

Once your Exchange mailbox has been migrated to the new server, you will need to make a configuration change on your mobile device to continue receiving email.

1. Go to “Settings” and select “Accounts & Passwords.”

2. Under “Accounts,” select the Exchange account that is not receiving email.

3. Select Account (your email address).

4. In the “Server” field, change it to, outlook.office365.com .

5. Select “Done.”
