Outlook not receiving email after a migration from Exchange to Office 365

In most cases, Outlook will automatically reconfigure itself to connect to Office 365 after a successful mailbox migration. In rare cases, Outlook will not auto configure and additional steps may be required.

First, try cleaning the outlook cache to allow Autodiscover to configure your outlook client. Click here for instructions.

If the cache clean does not work or you prefer a simpler method, download and run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 to setup Outlook for O365 and create a new profile if needed. Click here for instructions.
